What you get, how payment works, and how refunds work.

What you’re buying

TheUX AI Drive Foundation is a one-time setup for $299, sold by TheUX (owned and operated by Sawyer Flint). It includes:

• A proven folder structure for your Google Drive
• A read-only first look at what you already have
• Your files renamed and sorted into place, with your approval
• A free 15-minute call to walk through it

There’s no subscription. Prices for new orders may change, but you pay only the price shown when you ordered.

Paying

You pay by card at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which emails your receipt. We email your setup link within one business day of your payment.

You stay in control

• Nothing in your Drive changes until you approve it. You can untick anything you don’t want moved.
• We never delete your files.
• You can disconnect your Google account at any time.
• Please only connect a Google Drive you own or are allowed to organize.

While Google reviews our app

Google hasn’t finished reviewing our app yet, so during sign-in Google may show a screen saying the app isn’t verified. The setup page explains what to click. It doesn’t change what we can see or do.

Refunds

You can get a full refund any time before you click “Sort my Drive”. Just email us. Once your Drive has been sorted, the setup fee isn’t refundable. If you’d rather have your files back the way they were, tell us and we’ll put every file back in its old folder with its old name, at no cost. If something else isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

What we don’t promise

We set up an organized structure and sort your files into it. We don’t give legal, tax or financial advice, and we can’t promise any particular business result. It’s always smart to keep your own copy of anything important. If something goes wrong because of our service, the most we’re responsible for is the amount you paid us.
